The writer’s block is real, y’all. I’m sure I’ve mentioned it a few times but I am struggling hard. I’m working my issues out at a snail’s pace and hope to rejoin the world sooner than later. But I can’t say for sure when. Which is why, every so often, I like to peak my head up from behind the mountain of shit I’m buried under if for nothing else than air and a moment of normalcy.
That’s what’s going on today.

So I only got up 20 minutes ago and don’t have any coffee in me, but I read “Apps I really, really like” as I really, really want … a bat. And then I took a moment to ponder whom you needed a bat for until I reread it and went “Oh, that probably makes more sense.” 😀 I am going to check out all those recipes because they sound delicious. I’d save the animals too and at barely 5′ (it depends on the shoes I’m wearing!) I am the shortest in my family. Also, I would have guessed you were taller than 5’3″.

I love three things! The lasagna stuffed peppers sound intriguing, Chris would love them. It is hard to find things about Facebook to like these days, so congrats to you! I want to buy an island and move to it as well. My sister and I are about tied on height at 5’6″. I feel like Zoe is going to be a shortie though. She is the tiniest in her class, by a lot.

I’m 5’6″ (on a good day) & my brother, who is 2.5 years my junior, is like 6’3″. I’m always mistaken as the younger child. Sigh.
So here’s what I’m thinking… We go in together on an island, fill it with all the homeless and abused dogs and cats (who will magically get along), and house the greatest library there on our island and charge people to come read books and cuddle the animals on their vacation. Obviously there’s a vetting process for the human vacationers because we’re not letting shit people on our island.
So yay or nay?
