I wanted to do a recap but then I thought, No! Let’s do a list instead! Because that’s easier to write from my phone! And since my laptop is charging and the thought of sitting at my desk makes me itchy right now, we’ll just go with this.
Things I love that don’t love me back (does this remind anyone of that Meatloaf song? I didn’t think so when I wrote it initially but now I can’t stop singing it):
- Licorice
- Cheez Its
- My cat
- Sleep
- Starbucks cold brew coffee
- That ONE librarian (well, okay, I don’t love her but I do love librarians in general)
- Red wine
- My hair
- Chick Fil A
- Technology (WordPress, I am looking at you)

Zucchini I love but I broke out in some kind of allergic reaction once or twice. Not willing to try it again .
My bunnies they give kisses to my husband but ignore me
Soda well it loves me back alright with extra weight.
In a weird way vacation or time off my brain goes screwy and I start to over think. I would love to sit on a deck and read all day but I’ll pay for it later.

Chocolate and carbs definitely do not love me back. In fact, I’m pretty sure they throw me lots of shade. Man I can relate a lot to that second meme. In fact, I even got a cat scan yesterday of my brain because I’ve been so paranoid my ocular migraines are a brain tumor. I really hope I can laugh at what a moron I am. 🙂

Sleep is something I adore and has been hating me this week. I am having a torrid love affair with all the naughty food right now. It’s going to end badly with lots and lots of tears. I love my cat. He mostly loves me, except when he doesn’t because he is cat and cat must do what a cat must do, even ignore his Mama. I love flowers and plants but I am a plant serial killer. Love the apartment for rent meme. Given how much I pay in comparison, I might be open to cohabiting with a killer ghost. Have a great weekend!

Having that headache thought right now- decided to try Starbucks for the caffeine possibility!
Licorice is on my list too. I love it but it makes me feel so awful. Also, I love pizza but almost always regret it afterwards.

Food. I love food and it just wants to make me fat.
Also sleep. I love sleep but it seems to avoid me… at least at night. At 6:30 a.m. when I have to get up sleep suddenly does want to be my friend after all.
