Welcome to 31 Steps for Feeling Happier! I’m so glad you’ve decided to take the challenge and spend a month working on ways to feel happier.

Happiness isn’t something that comes easy for all of us, and some of us just don’t know what to do to get there. That’s where these steps come in. This series will offer easy, inexpensive activities you can do every day that, when done separately or in their entirety, will lead you to feel better, put a smile on your face, and boost your happiness level.

Step 3: List 5 good qualities about your appearance and your personality

Step 4: List your accomplishments

Step 5: Tweak your appearance

Step 6: Have a do nothing day

Step 7: Create a motivational playlist

Step 8: Cook from scratch

Step 9: Design a vision board

Step 10: Read a book

Step 11: Finish a project

Steps 12-14: Catching up

Steps 15-20: Planning ahead

Step 21: Give a compliment (and accept one, too)

Step 22-23: Accept a challenge, list your strengths

Step 24: Take a nap

Step 25: Embrace what you dislike the most

Step 26: Try something new

Steps 27-29: Buy something you love, write a love note to yourself, let go of perfection
